The Challenge

Global Staff Network, a Davao-based staffing and outsourcing agency serving international clients, needed stronger organic visibility for its own recruitment and outsourced services, alongside a stronger technical SEO foundation to support the client websites the agency also manages as part of its service offering. As a relatively newer domain in a competitive outsourcing and staffing category, the site was starting from a lower authority baseline than more established, longer-running competitors in the same space.

The Approach

Technical foundation first. I ran comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolving indexing and crawl issues that were limiting how much of the site search engines could actually discover and rank in the first place — a necessary first step before any content or link investment could pay off properly.

Structured data implementation. I implemented structured data to help search engines clearly parse the agency's services — staffing, digital marketing, and outsourced web development — rather than relying on search engines to correctly infer service offerings from unstructured page text alone.

Intent-specific content. I built content around the specific queries prospective clients use when researching offshore staffing options, rather than generic "outsourcing" content that competes with every BPO company's homepage for the same handful of oversaturated terms.

Deliberately paced authority building. Given the newer domain, the early focus was deliberately on foundational technical health and content accuracy rather than aggressive link acquisition, since a solid technical and content base has to come first for authority-building to compound properly later rather than building links on top of a shaky foundation.

The Results

The site currently ranks for 112 organic keywords and drives roughly 20 organic visits per month, with a domain authority of 7 and 670 backlinks. These are early-stage numbers, honestly reflective of a newer domain in its first real SEO investment cycle rather than a mature, multi-year campaign — the technical and structural foundation built here is what positions the site for stronger authority and traffic growth going forward, rather than representing the ceiling of what the strategy can achieve.
